Intruder – A Boon Or Blow! Poem by Vidi Writes

Intruder – A Boon Or Blow!

Rating: 5.0

Definitive attack
New looks, a hijack
Multi Mode radar rack
On board computer click

Self Ruling delegate
Laser guided bomb plummet
Crack moving target
Use of Offset aim Point.

Unseen object hooked by slump
Precision guided artillery bump
Crew ability, naught cramp
Non afterburning version triumph

Burnt nose, slender tail
Iron tadpole, Double ugly trail
Nicknames numerous prevail
Load carrying fleet, great Ariel

Low flying power stupendous
Payload delivery tremendous
Weather withstanding fabulous
Synthetic display of terrain, meticulous.

Interloper, an impostor – boon at a war
Countrymen blown, foray aimed, polar
Wanton – burglar symptom at jugular
Intruder, an attack aircraft, a jaguar.

Super power crash crop
Dig deep, ruin and croop
Boon - bane, victory droop
Skepticism, Intruder’s soup.

The more I delve into ancient History, the more convinced I become, that we have learnt nothing from our past! Think of the broken visage of Shelley's 'Ozamandias' buried in the desert dust? ! Let us pray for -'Atoms for Peace'! A NICE THOUGHTFUL POEM! 10! -Raj

An intruder is a boon to one who is intruding but its a bane to one who is intruded. If the intruded learn from the intruder's intentions the intruded will be prepared for future defense. An intruder is not only a plane but can also be anyone or anything that konwingly or unknowingly try to make their place in our life. Boon or bane is individual perception. This is what i can make from your poetic lines. DOT

a lot of thought and insight. you have also with precision given details of an areial attack. isn't it amazing, how much energy is spent on creating these weapons of mass destruction. a very logical and thought provoking question BOON OR BLOW. Do we know the answer, yes Vidi, we do. absolutely astounding poem Mamta

Boon or blow? Your one word expression in the poem is the answer...wanton...yes; depends a lot on the master mind controlling it... You very poetically list down the technical features of the war plane, Vidi...10
