Creatures of the Night

I was the one who waited for you in the dark
You lit the way that tainted us by the mark
The stars knew just who we'd be
Inside all of the things left for us to see
These were the ones that knew us well
They became the perfect spell
We were the ones that went wild under the moonlight
We were born to be creatures of the night

Come with me and you can be my whisper in the dark

Tortured by our own hands we continued to live off the land. Cursed by the sunrise we were destined to be hidden creatures of the night

Knowing what I know now; I should've never looked back once I stepped into your shadow

I didn't expect you to walk into my darkness and I never thought you would love me as much as you do
