Interviews Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Interviews

Interviews

Who can count the cells in one body?
-large, small, you or me?
-a husk, seed, kindle or a fruit?
-an ant or elephant, a mountain?
-of the days of an age, weeks, moths, years?

Who?
Who?
Who?

An anchor is the guest of a host
-they take me to the past
-the host is a singer
-other time was mullah

The talks are of the times, places
-of my past…
-the words make a carpet, magical
-in sky of dreams and conscious
-I fly to get lost

Who can count the cells in a message?
-large, small, past or now?
-hidden as a kindle in fruit?
-or letter in a word, mountainous, syllables?
-of the age, of days, weeks; months or years?

Who?
Who?
Who?

The singer and mullah weave carpets
-they become NASA to make rockets
-must take off…must go now to the end,
-have to go and must find…

Who?
Who?
Who?
