Intertwined Poem by John McCaffrey

Intertwined

someone singing
in the distance, a faceless hunger
a place where we once memorized each other
beguiled by reckless words
in those rare moments
the anarchy that is your soul
opened
confuse by pleasure

your impiety room
ghostly cluttered, by names invoke
shelf's that shutter
consumed carbon eyes
through your window blinds
everything you touch
intertwines
who today will you occupy

stolen laments
reflections intimations and fingerprints
by darken water
leafless branches
touched heart
the anarchy that is my soul
opened
confuse
by your pleasure
