Inner Peace Poem by Merlene Campbell

Inner Peace

After the arguing is done
Years of life have just begun
To see what we have become
You wouldn’t think what we have done
For in past we argued for thrill
But in the present things are still
Here is how we learned to deal
But for inner peace we need to kneel
Because right now nothing is real
