Indifference Poem by Mike Barrett

Indifference

Rating: 3.0

STOP! STOP! STOP!
Ten thousand wagging tongues
Not one word said!

We're here.
We're there.
No?
Just a minute now,
Oh yes!
The direction we must go is!

What the hell? Who cares?
History tells us where we've been.

How we got there,
Who knows?

Where are we going?

What the hell,
Who cares!
