Inadvertent Armour Poem by GRANT FRASER

Inadvertent Armour

I've got a crack
in my face - a mile long...

And some people even make you
follow it,

'He's looking thin? '

Drinks too much - I'd say!

Even when I don't fall
off the ledge,
your always there waiting
to push me,

Let's just say the crack
was always there...

There's nothing like coming
back though,

After surveying the sheer
depth of the unchartered soul,

And it was within this great crack
or chasm,
I encountered the pain to survive!
