In Your Arms Poem by Dhal Bahadur Jirel

In Your Arms

I swear, every moment I die thousands of times,
An ailment make me suffer through all night and day
With help of every pulse beat uphill my soul climbs
Tearing wide every darkness and every ray.
To overcome the blackness and stained blues
Somewhere in the body secretly stuck deep
Memories that broken into pieces bitterly rues
And, I, looking for the lost soul always creep
Around the world seen numbers of lost dove
Flying all with me in the haven deep perished
For the years looking for the long way left love
That sometimes in their life was vividly cherished.
Walking in the vast shadows of merciless death
I dare love live longer for you my empty life,
And try to be strong drawing weak breath
But in my inner mind violent strife is rife.
I know I was fooled by you with deceiving lies
For you did not understand my true emotion
You did not come to me to wipe my crying eyes
You didn't see my bleeding heart in devotion,
Until you get to learn my soul buried within you
I won't let ya know I'm in the lines of your palms,
Oh love, the day you know I was the man you woo
You will find my whole life bound in your arms.
