In This House Poem by Twiggy C. Tubercio

In This House

Venus doesn’t smile in the house of solitude
For this house is only a fetter to her legs
Leaving her in such a catatonic state
That a seizure would suit its common name
And only then would the common scold condone its presence
With such blissful lies they once were told in that very house
Though planters not knowing the pain they will conjure
The seed only suffers
But morale will be the unknown calamity
For there are few outcomes
Comatosity is the source of happiness
And that solitude overwhelms the very being of you
Creating a false sense of security and love
Never knowing what it really is

Or will you overcome
Shed your layer of comfortable imprisonment
Your own mandatory incarceration
Flee from the shepherd that led you
Lead yourself aright
Or your very own seed
Will suffer

Very interesting yet a puzzle to me as to its complete meaning. 'Comatosity is the source of happiness' is one statement that I do not fathom. I have read the poem several times and I am coming up with a better possible understanding but a lot of that might be what I am projecting rather than what you are presenting.
