In This House Poem by RIC BASTASA

In This House

in this house,
painted white,
and walled,

a red iron
grill gate,

lights all around
at night
like a ship
about to leave
for another
port

this house
likes to say
goodbye

how can
it be possible?

unless you tell
me, i am
ready too.
