In The Town The Rare Town Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

In The Town The Rare Town

In the town
The rare town
There’s roots that sprout
From night-dews at the
Dawn.

In the town
Rare
But steadfast pour
Rains of rose drops
Soft and immature
And
Young
And
Soft rose drops

In the town
There’s honey
That seeps through
The walls and
Crevices
And peaks of mists
And clouds to reach
By long hands of Poet-Seers.
