In The Morning Poem by Paul the Lion

Paul the Lion

Paul the Lion

Comin' home to a place he'd never been before

In The Morning

In the morning the flowers start blooming
The birds start singing
The bees start buzzing

In the morning the motors start running
People start hustling
The world sees a new beginning

In the morning your coffee starts pouring
Your perfume you begin spraying
Your makeup you begin spreading

In the morning you are leaving
I am staying
You are working

In the evening you are coming
I am waiting
And we'll have a splendid time
Till the next morning

How fun. What are you? A dog or a goldfish? :) Ivy
