In The Lap Of Nature Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

In The Lap Of Nature

Rating: 4.3

In this fine morning
The nature is very pleasing,
The birds are chirping sweetly
And the hedge crickets are more lively.
The ploughmen are going to the field,
The fishermen are extremely mild,
The roads are almost quiet
And this is a wonderful sight.
I am lying in the pleasant meadow
Keeping away the mind's dark shadow,
Inevitably in the lap of nature
I have got the best treasure.
