In The Darkness



And the darkness was here
Awakening my fear
Holding to what I may
Fearing the night away
Too frightened to move
Swaying back and forth
The motion of my mind
Swirling like every night before
Crying for the day
I rock my night away
Until the fear be no more
And day light is in store
