In The Cradle Poem by Rajendra padhi

In The Cradle

IN THE CRADLE......
The cradle swings emptily like a magic box
Brings out pigeons of love fly in full breath,
A torch in my mind flashed closing the eyes
Countless words flow growing in me smiles,
The pure tongues for my blood once more
Many names sparkle melting me in lullaby,
Many dolls like me in a dance of rapture
Abstained for milk flowing from her breast,
Flawless songs of mother when I cried at night
Bright smile like grain in fields from sunny lips,
Charming in bones again when I grow in age
Flowered me so strong like rock in the hills,
Longing again to be in the cradle as little ever
A sea of love bulging in tides never ceases
A river of song from faces never quiet to flow.
