My first time must have been at my five
too small to be an official
visited a school in tiny village of
the farms and animals.

From then long has passed; sixty five
and still I am five
in school and learning; as is called.

Then
lessons taught, opened to nature, every eye
"Behave and be good and, must be man and polite, "

Now
the books and teachers insist on
use some of pre-made templates.

No talk of how were made; of their base.

The monkeys and parrots have decreased in forests and the wild
but they have entered in our schools and our hearts.

Can somehow call both time's work of art
but I miss the old ways; what it was.

Ahh the call of yesterday, the simpler times and days of our youth. I feel this one.. I often think of how short cuts have become a way of life... The true best quote is: Life is not a destination but a journey.... How we get to where we are is the lesson. Lovely sentiment here
