In Remembrance Poem by Michael Phipps

To him we went
When we always needed help
One of Gods children
Always steered away from hell

Advice he gave
But was he strict when he had too
I’m writing this poem
To talk about this great guy that I knew

Hit with a disease
Cancer they call it
Gave him 6 month
He didn’t even get all of it

So pure his life
So much he had done
But I guess God decided
He finally wanted his son

He did so much for so many
Without as little as a cost
So this time I morn
This great man we have all lost
