In My Opinion

Killing simply because you are afraid
of a person or animal
is the act
of a coward,
a wimp,
a murderer.

Calling someone
an itch with a b,
a cow,
a pig,
or a snake
if the person
warrants criticism,
is an insult
to female dogs, cows, pigs and snakes.

poet Christina Georgina Rossetti

Where sunless rivers weep
Their waves into the deep,
She sleeps a charmed sleep:
Awake her not.
Led by a single star,
She came from very far
