In Loving Memory Of Trayvon Martin Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

In Loving Memory Of Trayvon Martin

I had a life
That didn't go
Quite as planned
I had a loving
Devoted family
Mother, father
Brother, my right hand
A girlfriend too
She was my Boo
Then one
Shady night
I lost my mortal life
In a fight
To blood stained hands
Who's attorneys
Somehow manipulated
The matters of
The situation
A malicious plan
To free a man
By the words they said
To mislead
To forget
That a life was shed
However, now I too
Am a free man
I met God
Iam at peace
I live on forever
In thousands of people's memory
Just another view of victory
