In Loving Memory Of Tina Annette Poem by J. Laverne McCawley

In Loving Memory Of Tina Annette

Rating: 2.8

God plucked a rose bud just at dawn, that had hardly
shed the dew of birth
Like a gentle breeze she was gone, ere she hardly
touched the earth
We watched her go with tear filled eyes, although for her could not grieve.
By faith we could see beyond the skies, loving arms
waiting our darling to receive
Perhaps in his wisdom God fashioned this little bundle of
delight
and loaned her to us for a little day
Then took her home with him, so that her little light
Shining from heavens' window might help us find the way
