In Front Of A River Poem by Lindemberg Pereira da Silva

In Front Of A River

The river was resting in silence
on that afternoon under a gray sky.
Ducks and swans were dividing in little ways
those quite waves,
While children and their parents
were walking and playing around.
I was looking for a peace of mind,
In front that enchating landscape.
There was also a quiet and soundless wind,
while little little drops of the rain touched the water.
