In A Nut Shell



I want to love You and I know that that
‘Want’ is Your gift to me.
I want to accept my poverty, my need,
My helplessness, for I am aware that
I need Your Son who alone brings You
And man together in Your Spirit.

To live His risen life is to accept my lot,
In all its bitterness, as he did,
And to surrender to You in it and through it.
