In A Crumpled Piece Of Paper Poem by Maricar De Leon

In A Crumpled Piece Of Paper

In a Crumpled Piece of Paper,
Right there legibly written:

Emotions kept hidden,
Words left unspoken,
Lesson learned,
Heartaches to be forgotten,

In a Crumpled Piece of Paper
Right there clearly written:

Visions of tomorrow,
Life full of sorrows,
Feeling it’s a blood rain,
‘Cause heartaches still remain

In a Crumpled Piece of Paper,
Right there noticeably written.

Love life was just a game,
But you remember his/her name.
Thinking for another lover,
Not for another piece of paper.
