Impossible Wish Poem by Sandra Feldman

Impossible Wish

Rating: 4.8

Oh, if only one could liberate the Soul,
As one does with an imprisoned Dove,
If only Love could fix it all,
Like faith is supposed to do,
With mountains that can move along,
Thru shadows, as the day is long.

I want that Power,
So I can fly to you,
And have a Heaven,
Here on Earth
Made only for us Two.

Oh Dear Poet, haven't you heard? 'It's the thought that counts, ' they say. And if that be true, then the reality of your wish, could not produce a better result than your poem in any case... Your lover lucky indeed!

RHeaven on earth - what a wonderful concept, but a long way away I fear.

You said it Sandra. There is nothing that can not be done, for love, as almost all lovers do think. A Brilliantly wrote metaphoric display, it is.
