Impassioned State Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Impassioned State

In such impassioned
State
I am, I thrive
After the fire that
Your kisses made
My heart it burns
My heart it glows
From every touch
Our lips made so
And five six kisses
Parents are to ten
And more
These in turn
Set faces red and
Hearts that throb
Kisses increase
Exponential and
Manifold
An aged man bent
Passes by and
Smiles and each
Blessing be
To these our kisses
That time and
Motion
Therefore Ageing
for now
stop
