Imagine Spring Poem by Danny Draper

Imagine Spring

Spring has sprung
All patience wrung
Of sunburn I'm no fan,
So I'll shiver in my igloo cell
And spray on more fake tan.

I pace the boards
Recalling words
Like 'Sunshine', how I'd greet her!
If I ever get release from cold, and
Post traumatic cabin fever.
