'Iloilo is the city of love
in the province of smile
that it's nice to be a part of
a place for simple lifestyle

a walk along Fort San Pedro
with a view of the lovely sea
overlooking the isle of Guimaras
where one sees are green and lush

listening to an old love song
that stayed in heart for so long
a stroll that makes one recall
a love that broke and fall

Iloilo being the city of love
it's beauty so far above
remembering the time with you
this place we call Fort San Pedro.'
