Ikan

Ikan

Jika ada sekoci yang mendarat di pantainya
maka itulah aku
Aku yang telah menjadi bagian dari ingatanmu
Dan malam ini kau layarkan ingatan menuju pantai.
Pantai mimpimu

Ingatan itu tak tersesat
karena berkompas
Tak gelap karena berlentera
Tak tenggelam karena tak berbeban

Ingatan itu hanya cemas setibanya di pantai
Sebab seorang lelaki akan memungut dan mencacahnya
Buat santapan kucing kelaparan

Oh tangan lelaki itu berlumur darah dari cacahan itu
Dan kau akan menciumnya kelak

Poem of the Day

poet Dante Gabriel Rossetti

A little while a little love
The hour yet bears for thee and me
Who have not drawn the veil to see
If still our heaven be lit above.
Thou merely, at the day's last sigh,
