it starts when something drops
thats the climax to the break
crushed
powderized and pulverized
BAM!

it starts when something shatters
that's the purpose of the break
shards
ominous and traitorous
FLASH!

(third take)

it starts with something broken
that's been ruined for the break
hearts
barred and charred and roughly scarred
PULSE!

(fourth take)

renew, restart that broken heart
repair the wrongful break
love
both offensive and defensive
CRACK!
