**if Love Was A Scar** Poem by Innocent Seilane

**if Love Was A Scar**

Rating: 2.0

If love was a scar
I would search deep within
My being to forgive the one who
Scared me, take time to
Find meaning in life as
Opposed to the obstacles faced
By the ones in pain and suffering

If love was a scar
Would you hate it?
As love is a solemn promise
That is hence applied by the
Faint hearted, the impish men
Who lavish on warmth and comfort
If love was a scar
How will you heal

Love doesn't just up and leaves
It's like a loyal servant
Taling endeavours to please
It's worthy master
But in contrary if love was a scar
One would dwell on it
Enjoy it's everlating fruits
Lavish on the lesure it brings

Love as a scar would
Send one in a deep trance
Of oblivion, where happyness and
Joy are the songs of the day
Love would forever be besides you
Be your alter-ego and humility
Thus love hurts so bad
Would you repulse?
Accept that you're hurt and there's
Not a thing the world can do?

If love was a scar
Life would be controversial
Conflict and irony
Bliss and glamour
And jollyness which are the
Contents of a scared love
Hence love is substance of
Poise and purerity
Love would be an everlasting song
