If I Were To Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

If I Were To

Rating: 3.5

If I were to

If I were to blame the existing hunger
And the possible deaths in Venezuela
If I were to blame the war in Yemen
If I were to blame the Turkish coup
I were to blame the Russians and
The Olympic crisis…

I would blame it all on the oil
And those who have it more
And those who use it as gun

With it they create pain
For others as well themselves!

But they are blind to see
Theirs will come in long run

Do you hear me in Hijaz?
