if i was a prophet, i couldn’t understand you
if i was Victor Hugo, i couldn’t describe you

if i was Alexander the Great, i couldn’t hurt you
if i was Romeo, i couldn’t love you
if i was bill Gates, i couldn’t buy you
if i wasn’t who i am, i couldn’t win you

as simple as i am
you accept to be mine
cause from my inside
you can see yours
