If I Could Turn Back Time Poem by Sheryl Barison

If I Could Turn Back Time

If I could turn back time,
I will not walk to the path we met.
To avoid the circumstances of knowing you,
So I would not waste my tears again falling for a nonsense feeling.

I will disobey my heartbeat.
Pretending that I don't need you neither,
Than to endure the feeling of loosing you,
Because of someone else.

I would not let my self
Fall in love with you.
I'd rather keep far from your presence,
To flee from falling in this inequitable game.

If i could turn back the time,
I won't let anyone hurt me that much.
And risk my life in loving a man
Who's not entitled to be loved.

This is a horrible poem full of grammatical mistakes. But still, i need to do just that: turn back the time to 2011 april 2 so i can change my life.
