If I Can See I Can Fly
True freedom awaits
with anticipation
placed in a vision
of an opened window
to discover the potential
and its true meaning
In a glass I sit
I see all around
and hear the sounds
liberate me, liberate me
my senses alive
confinement I am in
aware, not free
In silence I dwell
inside the glass
is my spirit
Wings need space
to glaze upon the
energy of air
Fire I need
for strength
water for survival
earth for rest
In flesh I may be
in the energy of glass
spirit is always free
with no limitations
To experience both
is an immense treasure
if I can see
with both eyes
I can fly with
both wings

Man is born free but everywhere in chain.True freedom we desire to get, but, somehow, we have to stay confined.Lovely poem Kasia.
