Identity Poem by Fiona Schwartzinoff

Identity

Rating: 1.0

I looked in the mirror one day
And saw a girl with red hair and freckles.
She gaped at me, and laughed at me
And finally spoke with a heckle:
“Hey, are you Fiona? ”
“Yeah, ” I said in confusion, my eyes gave a blink.
“Great ‘cause I’m Fiona too!
So can we be Fiona together, you think? ”
I blinked again and answered, “I guess we can try.
Gotta go be someone else for awhile though, so bye! ”
