Id Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Id

ID

From Sean to Ian and Hussein to Ehsan, then Khalil and Ali to Bashir and Geza…

I am happy and glad, feel divine.

I broke the borders, bars of faiths and gender or races and fences, imposed by governors.

I crossed over walls, barriers, politics and races, no matter how defined.

We flew and we walked…

What I feel is the best it could be; like cloud in sky with blue background.

Global ID is, not national.
