I Wonder Why....

Sometimes I wonder
Why many weird things run on my head
Why all the deadliest things on earth
In my mind are fed

I try a lot to think only Positive
Read all the motivational books in massive
That would help me rebuild my mind
So that peace and solace I shall find

I remain calm and composed
For the first few days I am poised
But whenever I hear anybody's misery
I start comparing to me and my life making myself jittery

My mind again starts wandering
Imagination of losing my loved ones, I start fearing
This creates troubled waves in my head
Disturbs my mood and makes me go red

Oh god! Help me attain tranquility
Help me control my feelings
So that I can enjoy life peacefully
With only memories of joyful living!

Man is a round character, herein lies the reason of his being superior to other lesser creatures, his quality is in struggling and improving himself, after trying to think positive if some deviation comes then it is the natural sign of a normal human being, you just keep on staying positive and try to be more extrovert. Sometimes our mind runs amok! That's quite natural! but if we give ourselves to gripping fear and negative thoughts, we have to check it at any cost either through yoga or meditation or through prayer and motivational books. A poem so lucid and clear! (Report) Reply

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
