i tried to stop it
i tried to ignore it
i tried to leave it be
i tried to let you see me
but i ended up like i never wanted to
the crack of thunder
the song of rain
this unbearable pain
coming from within
is just...too much
i try to let go
i try to say no
i try to say it wasnt meant to be
but i see your face and i and i just want to scream.
but nobody hears my silent please as i lay in the ash
and fire builds around
the rain falls down
but there's no escape of this horrible hate.
i tried to stop it
i tried to not hurt you
but i got hurt
and your so far away
i tried so hard
but it would have happened anyways
i just didn't try hard enough..
