I Want You Poem by Katherine E. Land

I Want You

Eyes lock,
hearts race,
electric air,

I want you to kiss me
with hot breath
and burning words.

I want you to kiss me
on your knees
like a fervent prayer.

I want you to kiss me
every answer
to every question.

I want you to kiss me
so long and slow
we melt into moments.

I want you to kiss me
so dirty
I feel clean again.

I want you to kiss
every cell in our bodies
so hot
we could burn down buildings.

I want you to kiss me
with your hands
on my throat
and devotion
in your heart.

I want you to kiss me
so that every pore on your body
inhales me
and exhales every release
you've
ever
needed.

I want you to kiss me
with our bodies so close
I can't breathe
and suffocation seems
sublime.

I want you to kiss me
with your hands down my pants
and caressing my
entirety.

I want you to kiss me
so hard
it hurts the next day.

I want you to kiss me
with a passion
I might not survive.

I want you to kiss me
with absolute knowledge
that all your dreams
are in me
to be reached.

I want you to kiss me
like this kiss
is the only existence
there is.

I want you

to kiss me.
