I Want Vigor

I want divine traits
That would enable me
To drive away sins
And also that would
Help me in performing
Virtuous actions.

I want anger
And I want to use it
On the men who are
Evil-doers,
The evil doers
With a feeling of fear
Can change their evil actions.

They have broken your doll, I know;
And your tea-set blue,
And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
