I wanna write you,
A poem,
That is felt true,
And known.

One that is,
And always will be,
A kind of bliss,
To you and me.

One to make,
In a good way,
Your heart ache,
Your mind sway.

One that could,
Without any doubt,
Make you feel good,
All throughout.

One that will,
Brighten your day,
On the darkest hill,
In the best way.

One to speak,
And sing to your ears,
And make you weak,
In your strongest years.

One by the fire,
Played with love,
Upon the lyre,
Pure as a dove.

One with heart,
And full of wonder,
A perfect art,
Without a blunder.

One we'll call,
And call again,
Down the hall,
To calm the din.

But,
I'm not a poet,
So i'll strut,
And you'll not know it.
