I Waited



But my Romeo never came
I hated
The time that seemed to slip away
Am I fated
To remain in this home, my dungeon?
Was I created
To live my life a prisoner, unloved?
Deflated
Is my heart that slowly begins to stop
As I waited and waited
For my Romeo that never came
