I Wait For You Poem by Viola Grey

I Wait For You

Rating: 3.9

While others remain
slaves to bitter emotions,
tormenting their pride
with hollow dreams....
I wait for you.

As sad, sickened hearts
reach for each other,
poisoning souls
once alive with promise....
I wait for you.

While they tear the flesh
of tormented passion,
devour black clouds
of unwanted truth....
I wait for you.

So, let them swim
in cold, dark waters,
allow them to float
towards lusts faint gloom....
I'll wait for you.

Admittedly Love is Lust... only in higher phase! Love gives emotional happiness while satisfy the flesh of which we are made of! ONLY HYPOCRITES DO NOT ADMIT THEY ARE HUMAN! a 10.

I'm confuzed, you put 10/05/08, but today is only 5/10/08. i'm in a song mood, and i think that if the right people did it and there was a chorus added, it would be awesome. maybe combine stanzas 1 and 2 as verse 1, and 3 and 4 as verse 2. this is just a suggestion, not an attack. ps. i rated it a whopping 10! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! 1
