I Think Of You Poem by Miroslava Odalovic

I Think Of You

with a snowflake a raindropp a whirlwind a cloud dust
I think of you

with newly born stars and those dying out
steps untrodden and my feet written in

with cobwebs weaved in the corner of my breath
the doors closed windows shut and sealed
I think of you

with the colours of your golden painted eyes
the softness of your good old hands
a breeze like approach of your warming lips
with an outburst of each passion I think of you

with dew dressed dawns and mist arrayed nights
with the break of days and midnights tolling you
with the twilight opening the buds of your eyes
I think of you

with you in places we'll never be
with you lost in words we never really said
with you hand in silence hand
I think of you

passion blind blessed and cursed
chanting dusks to the whispers
they'll understand I think of you

with the lighthouse burning distance blinking
with the hills shaking water splashing
with volcanoes eruptions lava spilling
I think of you

with the passion that scares me I think of you
stuck in an open wide street I think of you
with all interpretations dissolving I think of you
searching for meaning in obituaries signed to heaven I think of you
with a pale stone turning the hues of white dust to time
each dust slide clinging unto the thought of you i think of you

with you without you
I think of you
