I Think I Am Poem by Eddie banda

I Think I Am

Rating: 3.5

I think I'm in the wrong time...I fit perfectly imperfectly in this 21st century.... Am sure am in the wrong time...coz...am in a time where....sleeping with a man..old enough to be your father is classy....sleeping with tens of women is bossy....loosing your iPhone, berries and galaxies is more dramatic.... More painful than losing your virginity....I live in a time where love is defined by how curvy one is....or how deep and huge your pocket is....I'm sure I am living in a wrong time....I live in a time where....sex is not sacred....I live in a time where.....waking naked is not madness but swag and fashion.... Where cursing in front of you mama is flashy.....going to church is not classy....where saying hail Satan is being modern.... I think I live in the wrong time....I live in a time where....lies are sweeter and better.... Where....even the houses of the all mighty are....now brothels....am sure I don't belong....

It seems like a crazy time indeed. But through the ages, there have been equally crazy times; plagues, inquisitions, slavery etc. We have to make the most of our brief turn. Thanks, Eddie
