i stood and watched her drift away.
Tacking her way across the ocean,
with a heart shaped sail.
Being a journey i know too well,
i will not unfurl my sail yet again,
to travel the tides of emotion.
I wished her luck and happiness
on her journey,
as she disappeared from view
hoping that her next dawn
would be her first

Couples dissolution idea, dictated by society (the boat and the sea) is extremely painful and, sometimes, all we can do is to stay and watch. Apparently there is no solution. We need to search it. Wonderful poem.10+
