I Shall Swim Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I Shall Swim

Rating: 5.0

He saw me first time
And made it love abode same time
Yes it was magical pull
Eventful and successful too

I was invited to meet
Converse and greet
It was first experience
To have come in life at once

We needed no exchanges
Just greeting from the eyes
It spoke well and managed
Our fate was certain to be hanged

It was new world with stars
Even thought it looked very far
We both dipped in Love Ocean
New clearly what did it mean!

It was much to my delight
There was an end to fight
We were resolved to be one
The idea was floated and shared by us alone

We had sunk in distant land
Even though we were more than friend
The seed was planed in womb
Was it going to land me in trouble or rob?

I feel new life is taking place
It takes me to new height with shine on face
Yes, that shall grant me motherhood
The joy and happiness was now understood

I shall swim alone if he turns me down
The consequences were already known
It is human race where no one knows
Who will turn against and for what causes?
