I stand still on this road but time keeps passing by
I take it all head on I don't live in deny
Let me tell you about what I witnessed
How this world left people in distress
I seen a grown cry
I seen a young boy kill and die
I seen a sinner change up and lead a revolution
I seen the best of people give in to devolution
I seen kids teach their parents
I seen babies themselves struggling up in rents
I seen ice with the warm spring
I seen the worst of people wear the ring
I seen individual's become rich over night
I seen a rich man poor and sent his soul to the sky
I seen the world bring people to their knees
I seen myself never giving in to the plee
