If you want me to accept and believe,
You are there caring and in my corner...
With a watching my back to protect.
I suggest giving me a hint or clue,
As to when you do this.

And it doesn't have to be often.
Not at all.
Even done on a semi-annual basis,
Would be quite nice to know...
You can actually show me.

I am sure from your prospective,
Your feelings for me should be clear.
But when I am asked by others,
If we still are together and a couple in love...
I would like to answer those who question,
With a more decisive response.
