I Refuse To Consider Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I refuse to consider
Anything that spreads bad odor
Speaks of bad test and hatred
The world like this can't be led

I hate to be heard in such way
Where world is likely to give away
On the name of religion and regions
Such fine atmosphere of freedom that has been won

Why at all I should fall for propaganda?
That has been unleashed with agenda
People are led to falsely believe
'Take away everything but don't give'

You pick any page of the holy book
Never may it suggest ways to hook
Spread bitterness and propagate animosity
That may then be called spread of inferiority

What we must tend to learn?
Keep full faith with least concern
Pray in whatever you believe
Or right for conscious to relive

I shall advocate for such cause
Where no one is allowed to have pause
One rises above pretty consideration
To strengthen the feeling and consolidates the relation

I have been forced and may do it again
I shall draw sword if that lead to any gain
Butcher few if that gives world a real chance
I must have opportunity to show it at once

I would love all my brethrens with no bias
Spread no ill feeling while speaking on dais
I shall speak only those important sentences
That provides beautiful quotes from verses

I know I shall be beaten with sticks
If more then with the solid bricks
I shall still strive for solid human union
To prove best for human bonds and serve as companion
